液壓支架設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
液壓支架是地下工程或隧道工程的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一，它主要用于支護(hù)頂板、防止頂板垮落，為施工人員和施工設(shè)備提供一個(gè)安全可靠的工作空間。
在分析了傳統(tǒng)液壓支架架型的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)機(jī)構(gòu)演化，研究了一種新架型——垂直導(dǎo)桿型液壓支架；該新型支架不僅結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、重量輕和調(diào)架容易，而且可極大地改善液壓支架的受力狀況，提高穩(wěn)定性，具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
然后，用三維參數(shù)化的設(shè)計(jì)軟件Pro/E，完成了垂直導(dǎo)桿型液壓支架的三維參數(shù)化造型，實(shí)現(xiàn)了Pro/E與ADAMS軟件之間的模型轉(zhuǎn)換，并利用ADAMS軟件對(duì)該液壓支架進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)分析，得到了該支架在工作狀態(tài)下的承受載荷。
本文系統(tǒng)地研究分析垂直導(dǎo)桿型液壓支架新架型，并采用現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)和方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，縮短了液壓支架的研發(fā)周期，提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，降低了成本，對(duì)今后的液壓支架產(chǎn)品的研究與開發(fā)具有指導(dǎo)意義和參考價(jià)值。

Abstract
Hydraulic power support used in the underground engineering or tunnel project is one of important equipments, it is mainly used for supporting roof, preventing the roof from collapasion, providing a safe working space for both the workers and the equipments in the underground.
On the analysis of the traditional hydraulic power support types, through the institution evolution, a new frame type--vertical guide bar type hydraulic power support; The new stents not only simple structure, light weight and the frame easy, and can dramatically improve hydraulic power support's stress situation, and improve the stability, and has a broad prospect of application.
Then, use three dimensional parametric design software Pro/E, the completion of the vertical guide bar type hydraulic power support 3D parametric modeling, realize the model transformation from Pro/E to the ADAMS software, and then obtain the dynamic analysis of the hydraulic support in the ADAMS software.
This paper analysis the vertical guide bar type hydraulic support new frame type, and adopts the modern design techniques and methods to carry on the design, shorten the development cycle of hydraulic support, improve the product quality, reduce the cost and for future hydraulic support product research and development with the instruction meaning and reference value.
